You should always tell your doctor if you are having problems with erections.
Erection problems (impotence) are very common, particularly in men over 40. It's usually nothing to worry about, but you should see a GP if it keeps happening.
Most men occasionally fail to get or keep an erection. This is usually due to stress, tiredness, anxiety or drinking too much alcohol, and it's nothing to worry about. If it happens more often, it may be caused by physical or emotional problems. Treatments for erectile dysfunction are much better than they used to be, and the problem often goes away.
DO
The prescription medications we supply, all work by promoting blood flow to the penis, thereby increasing the quality of your erections. The general mechanism by which they work are all the same, however some may work for longer than others with lower side effects. We generally advise to start with Sildenafil 25mg (also know by the brand name Viagra) as this is the most commonly used drug for erectile dysfunction. We advise using the same dose for a few occasions to see how effective it works before deciding to move up to a higher strength.
Please note, where unbranded (generic) versions of medications are offered, they contain the exact same active ingredients as their branded counterparts and are usually a lot more cheaper and cost effective. The quality of the medications are the same, and both the generic and brand must undergo the same vigorous quality controls.
