Ask A Pharmacist has a team of UK registered pharmacists on standby to answer any heath care, medication or general pharmacy related queries you may have. When you press the Ask A Pharmacist icon on the main screen, we connect you directly to one of our pharmacists.

As part of our team, we have pharmacist prescribers who are licensed to prescribe medication the same way that your regular GP would. Our medical questionnaires are designed to ensure that the prescription treatments you require are safe and suitable for your use. On completion of the questionnaire and payment, one of our pharmacist prescribers issues a private prescription in your name and passes this on to our dispensary team. They dispense and package your item(s) ready for delivery by our chosen couriers (Royal Mail).

All our pharmacists are registered and regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council of Great Britain.

We carefully select our pharmacists and run background checks to ensure they are registered and licensed to practice in the UK.

You can check the status of any pharmacist in the UK by searching for their registration number ( 7 digit number next to their name) on https://www.pharmacyregulation.org/

Orders placed before 4pm are normally dispatched on the same day.
Regulation requires that we get a signature upon delivery of prescription medication. If you are not available to sign for your item, Royal Mail will leave a `attempted to deliver` card which you can use to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local Royal Mail office.
All items are packaged discreetly in unbranded boxes. There is not indication on packaging as to the contents.
In the unlikely event you have not received your package, you can email us with your order number on [email protected] and we will get back to you ASAP (normally within 48 hours).
